Kites

Kites Out of School care provides after school activity for children aged 4-11 years of age. We aim to offer safe, stimulating and affordable play and care, in a happy environment. A variety of activities are available for the children to enjoy including creative arts, puzzles, games and other recreational activities, as well as there being a quiet area where children can read or rest. The children are also able to take part in various outdoor activities as the club has access to the school's playground equipment.

Kites is run by the school and based in the village hall's Chamberlain Room. Children are supervised by Shan Amos, Kites' Leader, and other club staff at all times during club hours, until they are collected by their parent or carer. The parent/carer must give permission, preferably in writing, if they wish their child to be collected by another adult who does not usually collect them. Kites sessions commence at 3.15pm and finish at 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday during term time. We also offer part sessions.  Breakfast Kites sessions commence at 7.45am and finish at 8.45am every day of the week.  We also offer part sessions.
